Due to the current restrictions being placed on events, gathering, and festivals, it is with an abundance of caution that Friends of Oceano Dunes had taken the preemptive measure to reschedule our Annual Fundraising BBQ originally scheduled for March 21st.
With the uncertainty of events unfolding across the state, we feel the need to respect everyone’s concerns with the Coronavirus and to be confident in our ability to provide a healthy and quality event to our attendees.
The BBQ is now scheduled for Saturday, May 9th at the Madera Fairgrounds. We understand this may cause some conflicts in your schedule. If you are able to attend the event on May 9th you don’t need to do anything, we will hold your seats or table. If you have a schedule conflict please email [email protected] and we will refund your money. Please make all refund requests to Cheryl by April 10th. Refund requests received after that day will not be guaranteed.
We sincerely appreciate your past support of our fundraising events as they help us continue our legal battles at the Oceano Dunes Thank you for your understanding and support of this event in May.
